- Finca El Suelo — The seven-hectare farm in El Pital, Huila that Norwegian roaster Tim Wendelboe carved out of Finca Tamana and planted in 2015 — named “the soil”, run without synthetic fertiliser, and deliberately planted with varieties that catch leaf rust.
- Finca Saza — The 25-hectare estate in Timbío, Cauca that a Japanese roastery bought and has farmed since the 1990s — Typica, Bourbon and Geisha at 1,950 m, grown by the same company that keeps setting world records buying other people’s coffee in Panama.
